Career Prep

Organizations: The following are organizations designed to give minority students the resources and connections needed to land internships and full-time job offers post-college.

Seizing Every Opportunity (SEO): SEO offers programs that provide resources, mentorship, and coaching to help under-represented high school students gain admission to a college of their choice and college students get internships/ full-time job offers.

Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT): MLT offers an 18 months program designed to provide one-on-one coaching, an accelerating network of more than 8,000 MLT Rising Leaders and connection to employers in a variety of fields to help under-represented college students maximize their college and internship experiences, conquer the job search process, and accelerate their career.

INROADS: INROADS is a program designed to help businesses gain greater access to diverse talent through continuous leadership development of outstanding ethnically diverse students and placement of those students in internships at many of North America’s top corporations, firms and organizations.
