Job Responsibilities

Review ACLP Curriculum with Curriculum Developer and Program Director

Coordinate with Program Director to provide the structure of the ACLP sessions
-
Lead ACLP sessions with the support of ACLP volunteers
-
Each session will run for 1 hour once a week (with an additional 30 minutes of office hours)

Delegate tasks to volunteers at all ACLP sessions
-
Supervise and monitor students.

Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs, and abilities.

Motivate and support students through positive feedback and reinforcement.

Keep a running record of students and volunteer attendance
-
Observe and evaluate students' work to determine progress and make suggestions for improvement.

Review ACLP feedback forms, assess growth and develop goals for the next semester
Required skills

Ability to work with high school students

Ability to develop positive rapport with students

Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and conflict resolution skills

Working knowledge of Google G Suites

Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Proficient in proofreading, spelling, and grammar punctuation
